Turkey Club Recipe

Hello to Monday! I know some people want to say goodbye to Mondays as soon as they wake up, but there are ways you can brighten them up! To me creating fun food can enliven the day. đ
I’m sure most of you have seen the “pizza roll” or “pizza rose” idea all over the internet. I decided to change it up a bit and do it using a favorite pizza recipe in my house, Turkey Club. I did make the pepperoni and salami ones as well though! I’ll have exactly what you need down below for the Turkey Club recipe at the end.
This concept is super easy, especially if you go with a store-bought crust! A homemade one would work but the Pillsbury one didn’t stretch back on me like a homemade one would. Basically all you do is roll out the crust a little thinner and then cut it into about 1-2 inch strips. You then layer the sauce, cheese, any small toppings and then the meat to hold everything underneath in place. Then you just roll them up!
Something as simple as changing up the way you make a certain meal can make dinner fun and exciting! Everyone loves pizza and it’s hard to get bored with it but who doesn’t love a twist on things? These could also be a great thing for the kids to get involved with in the kitchen.
Here’s to happier week night meals! XO, G
